ATTORNEY OF RECORD

For over ten (10) years, Robert J. Mulhern has been an appellate attorney, in complex civil and criminal writs and appeals, with a national and international law practice. This firm has a reputation for accepting cases that many other attorneys will not accept for whatever reason.

Mr. Mulhern has been the attorney of record in cases submitted to the Supreme Court of the United States and United States Courts of Appeals. Mr. Mulhern has argued before most of the United States Courts of Appeals. He has researched, drafted, and filed documents in direct appeals and original proceedings such as, but not limited to, motions, writs and direct and interlocutory appeals, amicus curiae briefs, and petitions. Mr. Mulhern has also filed briefs and other documents and argued before state intermediary courts of appeals and their Supreme Courts. Please refer to the attorney’s bar admissions.

Because complex cases often proceed into the appellate process and because of his success as an appellate attorney, Mr. Mulhern  also has extensive trial experience as an attorney of record and contract attorney as discussed below. Robert J. Mulhern has trial experience both in and out of court - researching and drafting pleadings, motions, discovery documents, trial notebooks, trial and arbitration briefs, and post-verdict motions, among other documents.
